Without a strong
academic base, it is almost impossible to do something
significant in education. In our quite globalised world,
international exposure is mandatory for the kids to be at
par with others. Many international schools have been
getting faculty from other countries to meet this need. As
we cannot afford to pay and bring such hands, we appeal to
prominent figures in the international scenario to help us.
Moreover, there are a lot of researchers and scholars whose
work does not encounter the world outside and such an
arrangement to join hands with a social project will be a
welcome opportunity to them as well. Again, time and other
conveniences matter: we appreciate those who can come and
work in this project for a year or so. But, as we are not an
organisation with a lot of funding, we cannot pay heavy
remuneration. Plus, it is not a job that is idle fun in the
usual sense: it is a lot of deep work and attention. It is a
redefinition of fun that we try for: teaching an orphan
student on a Saturday evening is more enterprising than
partying. If you are already based in another distant place
and in another field, you can still be a part of us through
camps/online programmes.
The remuneration
for your work will be credited as your donation to our
social work. Thus a year of social work from you will mean
that you have already born the educational expenses of a
person for a life time. You have already gave life to
